LIMITED WARRANTY

1) This warents the discribed ships/modules as state in the above, against defects in material or workmanship
for the time periods and as set forth below, when purchased directly from me or a certified retailer.
Pursuant to this limited warranty, and will, at its option (i) repair the products using new or refurbished parts
or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purpose of this limited warrenty,
"refurbished"means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a
defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
2) Term: for a period of two (2) months after the original date of purchase of the product,
3) Coverage: This limited time warrenty covers only the products included in the original order, it does not
cover assistence for loss of performence modifiers (implant's) or fittings (rig's) aplied to the product after the
purchase.
4) responsibility to remove module's, cargo or drone's, it is your respocibility to remove any stored
dronés/cargo/module's/loot, it is likely that those items will be removed when the dammaged product it
package'd for hauling to one our service facilities, [T-9] will not be responcible on how to obtain warrenty
service for your product.
5) This warrenty is void, and i will not take respocibility when when:
5A) The product is used in Any Agressive action against another pilot or NPC, in Hi, Low, Null or wormhole
space.
5B) The product is agressed by any other pilot or NPC, (including faction police, concord, beltrats, DED and
mission NPC's)
5C) The characteristics or bonuses beeing changed by CCP
5D) Selfdestructing or leaving the ship while undocked in any circumstance
5E) The loss of the ship with any timer's running including, but not limited to agression, log-off, suspect,
limmited engagement timers
5F) the ship was lost while the pilot was in a fleet at the time of loss
6) a vallid proof of loss of the puchased hull, in the form of a killmail, must be included in every warrenty
claim.
7) Losses occouring through bug's or glitches in the game client, should be claimed at the developer (CCP) and
[T-9] will not take any responcibility for losses created by those.
8) Pilots beeing member of a corporation/Alliance/Coalition that have a SRP (ship replacement program)
should direct there claim to the SRP wielding organization, and should take care to fly the hulls according to
the current doctrine's/fleets if they want to use the SRP service.
9) corporations/alliance's/coalition's will not be covert by this warrenty, special service contracts can be
available to them, using our corporations "fleet management" service.
please ask our senior production managers to ask about this service.
Incase a loss happens that isn't coverd by this limited warrenty, for your convience,
[T-9] will hapely make a quote for a replacement hull.
